Standard sessions are 50 minutes. This provides time to go deeper while keeping sessions focused and productive.
Most clients start weekly to build momentum. We can adjust the cadence as you make progress and your needs shift.
I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please check your plan for out-of-network mental health benefits.
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Yes. I am telehealth-only at this time and meet with clients through secure video sessions across Texas.
Yes. Confidentiality is central to therapy, with limited legal exceptions (such as immediate danger to yourself or others). I'll review those limits in the first session.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want support for yourself or your teen navigating emotions, relationships, or life changes, therapy can help. The first session is a good way to see if we are a fit.
We will talk about what brings you in, what you want to change, and how therapy can help. You will have space to ask questions and set goals together.
